Our Vision
The disciple is never greater than the master. Jesus stated his mission early on in his ministry as one of proclaiming good news to the poor, release for the prisoners, recovery of sight for the blind and freedom for the oppressed. That is exactly our mission.
We want to speak about Jesus and explain why he lived and died on the cross as a substitute for sinners. We make no apology for our desire that people embrace the teaching of Jesus, be brought to a point of repentance and become followers of Jesus.
To achieve this we strive to be a healthy gospel in our community. A healthy church will want to reach out beyond Scotland and have a global perspective.
We believe that the local church is the engine of mission and a base for each member to be effective multipliers of the message. All subsequent growth comes by the power of God.
Mission is not what we do, it’s what we are.
